Well our MLS (MRIS) just released the most recent Arlington VA home sales statistics for our region on November 4 10 2011, for October 2009 home sales. What I decided to do was compare this to the same October time frame from October 2005 forward to October 2011. In October 2011 we saw 150 homes sold in Arlington Virginia. If we compare this to October of 2009 the peak market with 232 sales is a 33.5% drop in the number of homes sold in Arlington County Virginia.
